About Us

What is El Clubhouse?
El Clubhouse is a baseball organization whose mission is to support Latino scouts and coaches. Our three pillars are: Connection, connect with other professional baseball personnel, Education, raise the overall knowledge level of the group, and Community, serve and mentor the Latino community.

How It All Began
"While attending the Buck O’ Neil Scout and Coach Association annual conference in 2023, the idea of creating El Clubhouse came to me. I could use the same model as the Buck but serve Latinos in baseball instead. I then ran the idea by several trusted members of our profession who all stated they not only thought it was a great idea but also wanted to help. From what started as a dream in early 2024 quickly developed into a thriving baseball organization who’s mission is to support Latino scouts and coaches by the Summer of 2024."
- Joe Caro, El Clubhouse Founder
